2. Term and Conditions
- Payment should be Cash on Delivery
- Price is subject to change without prior notice
- Price is valid for Jakarta destination only, unless an additional cost might be applied in accordance to destination requirement
- Every booking is subject to Packing List and Invoice documents (to be email to fjcargo@gmail.com)
- Cargo type must be declared at Packing List and Invoice
- Cargo description must be same at all shipping document (Packing List and Invoice) submitted, unless is customer's responsibility
- Price will be calculated based on volume (P x L x T / 5000) or cubic meter (CBM), which one is bigger
- Volume or cubic meter will be counted from 1 cbm (below than 1 cbm remains 1 cbm)
- The volume or cubic meter will be checked exactly when cargo arrives at warehouse
- The packaging of cargo must be export standard
- Any broken or damage on the cargo during transportation is not FJ Cargo's responsibility, if :
- Non export standard packaging, and/or
- Shape of cargo changes due to natural factors, and/or
- Shape of cargo changes due to nature of cargo itself, and/or
- Natural disasters, fragile, riot
- Loss or damage claim must be submitted within 24 hours after cargo receipt
3. Shipping Mark
Marking code will be given when shipment booking is fix.
